Eisenhower High School track member, Julie Eze, was named Female Athlete of the Week in the San Bernardino Sun newspaper. In the Tuesday, March 13, 2003, edition of The Sun, Eze was celebrated for winning the 300 meter hurdles and the long jump in the CBL finals.
As mentioned in the article, Julie has filled in some holes on the track team left by graduating seniors. Julie also competes in the 400 and 1600 relays.
