Eisenhower High School student, Jerome Rowland, was featured recently in the San Bernardino Sun. Rowland returned from Washington D.C. where he learned how hard it is to really run a government. From October 15 - 20, Rowland participated in the National Young Leaders Conference where students were able to meet government leaders and take part in leadership skill-building activities.
