Eisenhower High School softball player, Crystal Carrillo, was named Female Athlete of the Week in the San Bernardino Sun newspaper. In the Tuesday, May 25, 2004, edition of The Sun, Carrillo was celebrated for her performance in defeating Cajon 2-1 in the CIF-Southern Section Division II playoffs. Crystal gave up five hits, struck out three and walked two.
