Brandon Kennedy (class of '05), a member of the 2003 CIF Division I championship boys basketball team, had a career-high 26 points for Coffeyville Community College in the national junior college championship game. Although Coffeyville lost to Southern Idaho, Kennedy was 10-for-11 from the field, 7-for-8 from the free-throw line, and pulled down seven rebounds.
