As reported in the San Bernardino Sun newspaper, Eisenhower High School was recently taken over by MTV. The article on the opinion page congratulated Ike for the recognition based on improved test scores.
The article also recounted all of the activities that took place at Eisenhower over the last week. These included: filming for a pilot episode on MTV, a school-wide assembly with a visit by musician and actor Tyrese, a trip to Paramount studios, and another assembly featuring skateboarders and stunt cyclists.
