The U.S. Naval Academy has begun a new program aimed at raising awareness about sexual misconduct. The peer-training program was featured in the San Bernardino Sun article of November 18, 2007. One of the peer-trainers mentioned in the article was Ike grad Josef Miller (class of '04) now in his fourth year and final year at the academy. Miller is in the top 5% of his class.
