As mentioned in the San Bernardino Sun, Eisenhower High School will be celebrating it's 50th Anniversary this year. The golden celebration will take place on October 17, 2009. The daylong celebration will begin at 10 am and run till approximately 6 pm.
Planned events include a carnival, classic-car show, alumni luncheon, and a walk down memory lane featuring a display of vintage Eagle memorabilia. Other plans include student performances, an Eisenhower Hall of Fame induction, possibly even tributes to music kings Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson.
