To obtain a copy of student records/transcript information, please go to the District Registration Center, located at 260 South Willow Avenue.  The phone number is (909) 873-4335.  In order to obtain a transcript/records please bring the following:

• identification 
• proof of legal name change if name is different from school records
• written consent accompanied by a picture ID of adult student or minor's parent is required to release records if the requester is not the adult student or minor's parent

Please be advised that requests may take up to 5 business days for processing and student records may be withheld for charges or fees owed.
