Current Approved Developer Fees (Effective June 10, 2024)
As reported in the Rialto USD Annual & Five-Year Developer Fee Report (FY 2018–2022 & 2023–2024):
✅ Residential Construction: $5.17 per square foot of assessable residential space
✅ Commercial/Industrial Construction: $0.84 per square foot of assessable commercial/industrial space
These rates reflect the statutory “Level 1” school facilities fees that were updated to align with cost increases and statewide fee index adjustments.
