Technology Services is responsible for implementing and managing information and technology systems within the Rialto Unified School District. Our department's objective is to provide and maintain hardware and software systems, along with training and support for the district's staff, and to formulate strategic recommendations regarding technology resources.
Furthermore, the Technology Services supports all personnel utilizing the District's network and mainframe infrastructure. To maintain reliable connectivity across all educational sites, Technology Services deploys a resilient, secure, high-capacity wide-area network built on advanced network architecture and local server environments. This scope of service encompasses hardware maintenance, software administration, system upgrades, and specialized technical training. Additionally, Technology Services provides support to all staff members operating within the District's mainframe and network infrastructure.
The Technology Services manages and implements information systems throughout the Rialto Unified School District. System support extends to the district partner vendors and support to school sites for their partner vendors.
