Our Language Program Options
Rialto Unified School District offers language programs designed to support the success of all students. Structured English Immersion (SEI) supports English Learners in developing English proficiency while accessing grade-level academic content, while Dual Language Immersion (DLI) provides instruction in English and Spanish to build bilingualism, biliteracy, and cross-cultural competence for both English Learners and English-dominant students.
All programs include daily Integrated and Designated English Language Development (ELD) or Spanish Language Development (SLD), with the shared goal of preparing confident, capable multilingual learners for college, career, and life.
