Rialto Unified School District-Emergency Operations Center (REOC) supports all district schools and supports sites during critical incidents. The REOC provides information and resources to support the health and safety of the district community. The REOC is a physical location and can function to the district's needs 24 hours a day. The REOC can be staffed with members of the district who can assist in the response and recovery of the district. REOC efforts can support the management of resources and gathering of information.

Rialto Unified School District-Emergency Operations and Support is dedicated to the safety of all students and staff members. Members provide disaster preparedness education and training to the District community. Training and support includes planning and preparation for major incidents and catastrophic disasters. Training and exercises aid in response and recovery efforts of the district with an overall goal of mitigating unforeseen incidents.
Rialto Unified School District-Community Emergency Response Team (RUSD-CERT) trains and supports RUSD staff members in preparing for disaster and catastrophic incidents. RUSD CERT provides training for students in CERT through school programs and career track education classes. Members participate in district and community events. RUSD-CERT is recognized by the Federal Emergency Management Agency and San Bernardino County Office of Emergency Services.
