IEP Parent Feedback

Your Voice Matters

At Rialto Unified School District, we believe that families are valued partners in every student's educational journey. Your experiences and perspectives help us strengthen our Individualized Education Program (IEP) process and ensure we continue providing meaningful, student-centered services.

Following your child's IEP meeting, we invite you to complete our IEP Parent Feedback Survey. The survey is brief, confidential, and designed to help us better understand what we are doing well and where we can improve.

Why Your Feedback Is Important

Your responses help us:

  • Strengthen communication and collaboration with families.
  • Improve the quality and effectiveness of IEP meetings.
  • Ensure families feel welcomed, respected, and heard.
  • Identify opportunities for professional learning and continuous improvement.
  • Enhance educational experiences and outcomes for students with disabilities.

Every response contributes to creating a more inclusive and supportive experience for all families.

What to Expect

The survey takes approximately 3–5 minutes to complete and includes questions about:

  • Communication before and during the IEP meeting
  • Opportunities to participate in decision-making
  • Respectful collaboration among team members
  • Clarity of information and explanations
  • Overall satisfaction with the IEP meeting experience

Your individual responses remain confidential and are reviewed in aggregate to guide districtwide improvements.
