Dear Rialto Unified School District Families:
It is an honor for me to join the Rialto Unified School District as your new Superintendent, entering an exciting 2025-2026 school year and beyond.
Rialto USD is a vibrant, diverse, and resilient education community, and I am excited to begin this journey with you.
As I step into this role, I want you to know that my focus will remain clear and unwavering: We are rebuilding with purpose, and we are putting students at the center of every decision we make, as I work alongside our Board of Education to make healthy decisions that support our shared goals.
Every school district faces challenges, and Rialto is no exception. But challenges also open the door to transformation. Over the coming months, I will work side-by-side with educators, support staff, families, and community partners to:

- Rebuild/Restore Trust
- Enhance Communication
- Ensure Every Campus is Welcoming, Safe, and Joyful for Students/Families
Rebuilding is about creating something stronger, more equitable, and more responsive to the needs of our community, keeping our students at the heart of our work.
Every conversation, every initiative, and every investment we make will be guided by one question: “How does this benefit our students?”
Our goals include:
- Increasing academic achievement, meaningful learning opportunities, and reasonable means
- Improve fiscal responsibility and ensure a transparent budget process that aligns every dollar spent to student success
- Prioritizing student wellness, mental health for students and staff, and creating a sense of belonging
- Ensuring equitable access to programs — from early literacy to career pathways and college readiness
Your children deserve the very best education, and together, we will deliver it.
I am committed to listening, learning, and collaborating. In the coming weeks, I will be visiting schools, meeting with teachers, support staff, and families to understand your experiences and aspirations. Rialto USD’s strength has always been its people, and together, we will build a district that reflects the hopes and dreams of this community.
